Anthony W. Selbe received his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2010. He was a student attorney for the West Virginia University College of Law Entrepreneurship Law Clinic where he assisted aspiring entrepreneurs with establishing business structures, drafting contracts, securing start-up capital and protecting intellectual property. In his Capstone Seminar, he authored a paper entitled, “Hydraulic Fracturing: Underground Water Issues and the Need to Slow the March to Federal Regulation under the Safe Drinking Water Act.” He also received a CALI in Appellate Advocacy. Michael J. Hammond received a Juris Doctor from Texas

Kevin E.
